Attentive and pleasant professional service. On this occasion, provided unplanned additional surgical treatment that was deemed necessary.
I had a disappointing experience at this practice. While the reception staff are always polite and helpful, and Dr Ramneek Grewal was thorough and kind, my consultation with Dr S. Morcos left me feeling dismissed and unheard. As a pregnant patient with a serious infection, I sought clarification on my prescribed antibiotics, as I was initially given the wrong medication and then prescribed another without any testing, dismissing my symptoms once again. Absolutely unacceptable experience at this GP. The doctor refuses to properly treat patients, rushes through appointments in barely two minutes, and seems to care more about his Google reviews than actually helping people. It’s shocking that the NHS is wasting resources on such poor service. Patients deserve proper care, not to be dismissed without a second thought. Absolutely pathetic service. After winning the appointment lottery I was being ignored, dismissed by Dr Morcos and rushed out the door under five minutes. They dont deserve even one star.
