Very bad service. Full capicity for 3 days, there is no chance to speak doctor.

Awful servise. They asked me to call back at 10:30am its already fully book, then when i call them 10:30 they asked me to ring again in the morning at 8am ,next morning again fully booked, same thing every morning”how this people work ? Oh dear oh deat!!🥹🥹🥹 will need CQC check this service 😟

Once,I need to book appointment for mother. I called exactly at 8:30 . They said , they been full for the day. out of capacity .When I ask them, how it’s full when I am calling so early. The phone attendant said booking start from 8;00 Am. And attendant gave telephone appointment until 6:30 pm and did not get any telephone call. Next day call at 8:00 exact time. Have had several health issues while registered with the whitehouse surgery. Typically required to phone the surgery at 8AM and then wait up to 3 days for a phone call back. Following this you may get a referral a few months later on.

My dad was hospitalized due to a hypertensive crisis. He hadn’t had a review since last September, but when he visited his GP after being discharged, his records showed a weight of over 100kg around February, a figure he has never reached. It seems the records were falsified to indicate he had a review, even though he was neither contacted nor seen by the GP. This practice needs an inspection by the CQC.
