Such good quality in cloths and also great perfumes. The room essences fill the house with such Winter cheer!
Really poor customer service. No approach from any staff members, then when we asked for assistance in finding an item, we were told “all we’ve got is out” so basically find it yourself. Then the staff at the till were more interested in socialising than the line of customers waiting to be served. Considering this is a premium brand, the service standard does not match. How can retailers survive without good service these days? I do not recommend this store.
