Went on Black Friday. The staff on the shop floor were pleasant but when we got to the downstairs till, the girl who served us with dark hair and caked in fake tan, including her hands was extremely rude and abrupt. She spoke to my wife in a very loud and stern voice. She had no customer care whatsoever. Was going to return items but we need them as birthday gifts. Probably won’t be returning to this store again. Shame.
Lovely shop , I love buying things in here . But it's a shame about the staff that look down their nose at you in the liverpool one store especially the lad who is the manger
Popped into in a bit of a panic as I needed to pick up some gifts for my sister-in-law and her new born. I was greeted and served by Isabella, who was absolutely incredible and unbelievably helpful. Absolute life-saver - thank you so much!!!
The smell was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very chatting.
