We purchased a big set of towels from The White Company in March 2024 and by October 2024, all the towels lost color, turned brown, and became unusable. The White Company has a 6-month defect policy and will not accept our request to replace the towels. They offered a 15% discount instead. This is bad because just a couple of months after their 6 months limit, the entire towel is unusable and the company does not accept any responsibility. I do not recommend The White Company. You will regret.
Call ahead to confirm if items are in stock as their stockroom is other end of the station - discovered this by listening to a loud obnoxious woman declaring she had a flight to get to and couldn’t wait 15 minutes for them to retrieve the stock she needed. Staff are lovely and helpful, they didn’t deserve that whiney woman - I’m sure if she called ahead and explained her apparently desperate situation they’d have had it ready for her on arrival.

Very lovely shop, posh home decorations, blankets and candles! Thanks to staff especially Sylwia, very pleasant experience. Will be coming back.
