Saw Rob to investigate an issue with my Oticon Xceed Hearing Aids whereby they had decreased performance over the past year even when turning up the volume in the app. Rob quickly got them up and running again at peak performance and I could hear things a lot clearer and the TV volume has been reduced once more much to my neighbours appreciation!
