From start to finish, our bathroom renovation was a disaster. The initial worker they provided us was inconsistent, incompetent, and a liar. He would disappear for hours, arrive late, leave early, and wouldn't reach out to update on any of the above. Gave false promises on every. single. arrival time and on his actual progress. We were even left without a toilet for at least 2hrs on one of his "lunch breaks." His work was poor and bad enough that the brand new shower leaked the very first time it was used into our kitchen.
