I have been visiting the Westway clinic for a couple of months now . Seeing a wonderful osteopath called kellie. Kellie has helped me with my back /knee problems with great advice and exercises. Kellie is professional, friendly, and kind. Would highly recommend her.
I missed an initial appointment for my son (that I had already paid for) due to a family emergency. I phoned to apologise and rebook. I didn't ask for my money back. They said I could book another appointment but I'd have to pay in advance (no timeline), which i promosed to do. Then when I call up to pay for his appointment, I find out they've cancelled it without notifying me. Really disappointed, they've definitely gone downhill since I previously used them. Keen to find a more organised practice.
Was seen by Rob last week Saturday morning. My first pregnancy and doctor said I had sciatica, daily activities were just hard to do. Rob gave me loads of advice and some exercises to do. He did say I would be sore for a couple of days as he aggrivated the area, he knew just where the pain was coming from; amazing. Was too sore to walk the Saturday evening and Sunday but came Monday afternoon , and the pain is gone.
