Almost 5 stars.... My favorite hotel in Minneapolis. The foyer at The Bank is a beautiful and striking when you enter. The interior of the rooms are nice and very Westin. Pool and excercise rooms are available. But there is room for improvement. Dinner at the bank is still good, but not as good as it once was. The breakfasts have a lot to offer, but I got the standard 2 cage free eggs, toast, hash brown potatoes, and bacon. Stayed in the Renewal Suite, n it was so worth the extra $!!! Great hotel.. amazing staff!!! Thanx for the great 👍🏻 experience!!!
This property is always very nice. The front desk is awesome the restaurant bank is awesome and the room service is great too. It has an awesome pool and a very nice gym. It is also in a very good location. Highly recommend the Westin.
This hotel is not only beautiful but the staff is incredible! The rooms are wonderful and the bed is super comfy. The pool/hot tub is fabulous as well. And as for their breakfast, I cannot gush enough about the delicious, vegetarian huevos rancheros! Meat eaters will love this dish (as my husband did)!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!
I was there for a couple of hours. I told the front desk that I was meeting someone there and they said fine. My friend was delayed and 4 people asked me what I was doing there. I wasn't sitting in the restaurant are. I was sitting on a couch near the front desk. I was nicely dressed etc. I wasn't bothering anyone. I guess it would have been different if I ordered a $9 drink. It's a beautiful place, I worked there when it was a bank. Never going back.
