Its okay the room is cute just wish there was a tub! The service was good though just stayed at the Hotel Ivy the day before and its incomparable! But otherwise very clean
Well from reading the previous posts. Things must have been dealt with. We booked our room through an online company. Decided to add another day and didn't not get a confirmation email so we called the Westin to confirm and they new our name without telling them and stated the extra day was on there and was a better rate then the next day. Check in was seamless and the room was nice. Loved the shower head. We did not eat there but looked like a really nice breakfast Buffett. What an amazing place to stay. The room was so clean and absolutely amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will be staying here in the future and will recommend it to everyone.
Beautiful hotel and great service. We celebrated our engagement here and will be back for our anniversary.
