I Love this Hotel.
I have called 9 times to get a charge reversed that was put on my credit card, not 1 call back and no help from anybody. They continue to transfer me to lines that do no take messages. Inexcusable!
I have stayed here many over a dozen times, and every stay has been great! Great service, great amenities, and great rooms! Love being a member of the SPG program! Thanks Westin Mpls!

My boyfriend and I felt out of place only because the hotel made us feel like royalty. Beautiful hotel, friendly employees, great experience for my first stay in the cities for going to a target center event (:
Not family friendly came to spend time with family and in the meantime my mom got asked with my little brother by some guys if she had weed. Also the 8th floor didn't smell anything other than like drugs couldn't even let my 10 year old little brother come with us to get ice cause it was so bad. Definitely don't recommend it to families.
