Great place.I have stayed there twice now. Thanks for everything!
I stayed here two nights for a business meeting. My accommodations were fine though I would have preferred not such a soft pillow. Front desk was awesome, food was great, and convenience to my meeting couldn't have been better. I wish I knew the name of the employee who checked me in because she was great!!
There was a flood at the hotel. They didn't call us. Or have anything for us. we were lied to and told a room was waiting for us at the Raddison Red. However when we got to there they only offered us a bed And a bean bag chair - no cot or pullout couch- for our teenager. How could this been comparable accommodations!? They wouldn't do anything else for us. That was it.
We had a lovely stay at the Westin Minneapolis... until it was time to leave. We parked our vehicle with valet, and we were told to be sure to call 20-25 minutes in advance to get our vehicle due to 'a lot of cars'. We complied with the request in advance of our check-out, and I continue to sit and wait in the hotel lobby 1 hour and 6 minutes later with no update and no sign of vehicle...
Great downtown hotel! Super comfy bed, friendly staff, great work out equipment. Parking is typical of a downtown hotel. We took the skyway to Target Field to avoid the heat. Close to several restaurants and bars for every taste of night light. I love Westin hotels!!
