I enjoyed going every week, upset about the people who have left. But I have made some lovely friends
There is no other place like this in Brighton and Hove. Magnificent staff. The hub is truly amazing. Quite literally a life saver.
The support you receive from staff and other clients is second to none. I enjoy gardening group, dancing and singing for fun as well as craft. The parties celebrating social events give you a chance to mix with friends and try different activities. My life would be dull without the hub
If you are suffering from trauma do not talk to anyone at the wellbeing hub their attitude is patronising, institutionalised and can lead to you feeling more disempowered. They will betray your trust and take no responsibility for their actions. I have asked in writing for copies of what has been reported about me with out my permission and for the managers name who initiated this witch trial against me but am continuing to be treated with the utmost disrespect
First I would like to say how Fantastic this place is and the the staff are amazing. We were made to feel so welcomed and at ease from start to finish. We've come here 2 times so far and the help and support their give people is outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is struggling with their mental health for whatever reasons. Carry on the amazing work you all do .
