Very poor, had a 10:20 appointment but wasn’t seen until 11:05 Advised me to Google a dermatology clinic, made no attempt to refer me to a dermatologist Was quite clearly wanting to catch up on time

This is a crazy doctors surgery you need to go in to order a repeat prescription but once you are in you can't make an appointment to see a doctor you have to call at 8 in the morning to see if you can get an appointment but you can'torder a repeat prescription over the phone none of this makes sense if someone can explain how this works better for patients I'm all ears

I have been calling at 08:50 but still it says it is closed. Why at the site you have mentioned opening hours 08:00am.

I was amazed at the speed and brilliant helpful staff from entering the front door and being guided by the nice gentleman that greeted me - to the receptionist whom made me feel at ease to the Doctor Dr Graham who was very professional Thank you all Waverly Medical practice
