My Housing used these people to check condition on my property. 5 months later STILL with a hole they drilled into my frontroom wall from outside! Made multiple calls being ignored. Requested a survey report with no responses when inquired via email. Told 2nd survey would be needed as property was "missed" but have to wait for them to be back in my area. This being over the last six months, a very dissatisfied service
The person who visited never left name or phone number checked everything thoroughly but had no idea where she came from age concern found them who they were so rang them said I would hear from them through post so from Jan 2nd when someone came up to now still waiting to hear hopefully soon
