I have used this surgery for the last 32 years. I have always been delighted with the service and the care I have received from Dr Mark Puddy and all the staff.
New surgery to me and they’ve so far been so good and I feel I’m treated as an individual not just another patient. Thank you
I always seem to be first in the queue on the phone for 15 minutes. Ive had to wait a week for an urgent appointment. I’ve had referral letters not sent, repeat prescriptions not sent, I seem to have to chase up everything I request!
