Took my client -who uses a wheelchair shopping recently at Westgate Warehouse. At the checkout section, we discovered all eftpos machines are screwed in place-too high for a wheelchair user. The only way this lady could pay was for me to lift and hold her up whilst she punched in her pin number.Not one loose terminal.Spoke to head office but this store never responded.Will no longer be shopping here.
The staff was very lazy. Specially the customer service.
I have tried calling this store many times as it shows the number online and they have never answered a call? Nothing! Its like theres no point in providing their store contact number when they dont even answer the call!!
Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve received from a woman called Tama, she was rude and spoke to me very impatiently. I was telling her what I was looking for and she said ‘can you let me speak’ very rudely and proceeded to cut me off.
Just got the best service and advise ever, thank you team!
