Worst customer service I’ve ever received from a very grumpy “Renee” if you are going to give customers attitude and clearly don’t like your job! Customer service and engaging with people is clearly NOT for you

Big shout out for Shona. I'm a frequent shopper at westgate warehouse and on a number of occasions I have asked for assistance from Shona and she has always impressed me with her smile and willingness to help me as much as she can. Thanks Shona you are awesome.
Took my client -who uses a wheelchair shopping recently at Westgate Warehouse. At the checkout section, we discovered all eftpos machines are screwed in place-too high for a wheelchair user. The only way this lady could pay was for me to lift and hold her up whilst she punched in her pin number.Not one loose terminal.Spoke to head office but this store never responded.Will no longer be shopping here.
