Very tidy store, loads of bargains
Staff are usually friendly and will point you in the right direction...when you can find them!
Today I went to look at a craft machine at the warehouse Westgate, an absolutely lovely staff member called shona, came and helped me with all my questions. This lady was simply wonderful, great customer service and was the most helpful person I have ever met. This lady is such a great person to represent this store, she was simply marvelous. Thank you so much for all your time and patience
