Always nice staff and pleasant shopping
First staff member seemed busy but then I came across Savannah (sorry if this is misspelled) She was so lovely, helpful and went out of her way for me. She’s a real one thanks Sav. Amazing service! 🩷
I enjoy the service at this place, they do try and assist when they can, we had a staff member named Hardeep who gracefully helped us find a product. Always a lot of new stock to glance at.
Braught a new bed with Matt who was welcoming informative and so helpful. cheers mate
Why offer same day click and collect if your not going on honor that. 2 days later was all in stock and I still hasn't been done. Can't cancel because its not been filled. Won't use the service again the only store to not honor same day. Tried to contact support and got no response on live chat. Guess I'll just wait some more.
