Review – Very Disappointing Customer Service on 31/09/2025 I’ve been a regular shopper at The Warehouse Fraser Cove for a long time, but the customer service I experienced on 31/09/2025 around 1pm was truly disappointing. The staff member at the counter, Melissa, was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and didn’t even tell me the total before abruptly grabbing the cash out of my hand.
