I purchased a heater from St Lukes Warehouse after being assured I could return it within 60 days. When the product failed to work properly, I went back to return it. The staff showed no interest in helping, and the manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional — completely lacking basic customer service skills. This is not how customers should be treated. I strongly advise avoiding this place if you value your time, money, and respect.
No stock at all
1 hour to get out of the carpark on Saturday afternoon, staff powerless to help. Wagener Place is cooked.
I went again to The Warehouse Wagner Place as needed bulbs for bedside lamps.... Lovely young girl named Celeste was so helpful and patient with me and helped me find the correct bulbs.....she needs a "Pat on the back" from her Manager. .Many thanks to lovely young woman who helped me find the correct bulb for my lamp..I didn't get her name but she was working in shoe area when I asked her for help...she readily and willingly agree and she found the correct bulb.
