I had googled availability for a product 😕 then drove all the way from New Lynn to Royal Oak to find that they infact did have the 32 items I came for in stock but it was out the back somewhere and no staff were available to get it. All checkouts closed as usual (frustrating) . Had to go on the hunt for a team member. Honestly the shop around overall is great spacious and lovely to browse through. Now the staff are what's the problem. Staff not friendly and security often following us around the store. Once confronted security uses the excuse of doing his "job," yet didn't follow anyone else. No checkout operators at the front and majority of the time they're just around chatting some rubbish from what I've witnessed and heard. Obviously should do better with the quality of their staff. Usually don't like to shop here but had a very healing experience last evening with the high level of work quality I witnessed. I was able to find something very quickly thanks to the help of an employee. the security here was extremely onto it. 5 stars
