Staff is very rude and bad .They don't know how to deal with customer. They blame any one and don't listen other's. Never ever going to warehouse rotorua again .
update 25th july 2025 there was a time a few years ago i was getting insults from some of the staff it was upsetting and i never want it to happen again because i have spent thousands of dollars in that place and i should be respected ihave been going here since 1982 and i enjoy going there very much. Nice and big warehouse. Heaps of stuff on special. The place looks clean and tidy. Customer service was ok.
