Poor customer service.. I have previously returned it based on bank transaction. This time since they could not find receipt.. when my partner went to store, he has been asked to bring receipt .. I went there with receipt and they returned it.. when I asked them previously I have returned it they started arguing and girl at the counter did not stop arguing and needed to call her manager to pass on feedback. .. but she is like we can not do without receipt when previously they have done it.. 🤭.. need to learn some basic etiq... read more
