Useless, they have taken away the decent perfumes & got some cheap ones in, merged with Warehouse Stationery so u don't know if u getting some things from The Warehouse or Warehouse Stationery, bad move.
Today, I watched staff ignore a man who was at the counter looking for help. He was just looking for help with his cellphone. I called out to him because it was plainly obvious staff were ignoring him just hoping he’d go away. I asked where he got it from and he told me and I suggested he go there to get them to help him. He needed a charger from the sounds of it, and I saw a lot of staff in the aisles looking cas as, chatting away (as I also was looking to pick up a click and collect and no one was helping me).
