Why Does this store look so bad that you walk in and then just walk back out , even the Whangnui store looks inviting not New Plymouth
You guys need to do some training on how to pick up a phone.
The workers are busy and hardworking - The shop is always clean, I've hardly ever been there to find that the product I am looking for isn't there. Always satisfied with the service and you pay for what you get.
Not a very good experience when the dark haired male Security guard follows you and your family around the store every time you go there especially regular customers, feels like we are being targeted every time.
Would be 5 stars but when i call nobody answers been trying to call all day
