Not nearly enough staff for the volume of customers at all. It's not good enough having one person at the register working at a snail's pace with a queue wrapping around the shop. Sort that out please. Also why don't counter staff bag our items anymore? Numerous times I've bought your bags with my shopping and expected my items to be bagged, but they never are.
