I’ve had the worst experience with the Click & Collect service — not once, but twice. Despite receiving notifications that my items were “ready for collection,” staff at the store had no idea how to process the handover. After multiple complaints, the items were eventually dropped off, only for me to discover that several items were missing. I’m still dealing with the issue. Good space to get mobility scooter around
dissapointing to see no fruit available now, as was good to get each weekend visit, since supermarkets are too expensive and no greengrocers in masterton. But also very annoying they keep playing very loud noise they probably call music, near the counters. this is poor service and affects us with hearing issues to hear the nice people at the counters, but harder when loud noise playing when not needed, as creates a nuisance for us customers.
Good selection of products. The evolving food section is good. The coffee beans are a must and comparable to Wellington roasters beans
