Went in hoping to get ahead of my Christmas shopping for the kids and was bitterly disappointed. After scouting what I wanted online (buy 1, get 1 half price sale) I figured I would just head into town to purchase. The toy selection is so dismal (I swear at least 2 toy aisles have disappeared of late) that I couldn't find anything I was looking for.

was at kaitaia warehouse today and tried to purchase an electric jug.After waiting in the queue was told i couldnt purchase it because it was a display jug and it wasnt in a box.There were other jugs there all not in a box with a price under them so i assumed they were for sale the way they were. nothing there to say they were not for sale.It was the inconvienience of getting to the checkout and being told that, and having to go back if you wanted that jug.Maybe put a sign there.I didnt buy one,went somewhere else.
