Attempted to phone Taupo Warehouse several times let the phone ring until message says not available!!!! Thus is absolute POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
They are SO GOOD at customer service. Polite, helpful. I didn’t know what or where I was going when I went back in but the lovely lady by the front door was so helpful with my daughter’s purchase. Not my closest warehouse but definitely my preferred.
Been going here since I was in diapers, probably bought them here too. I know the older staff well, as in I see them a lot. It's so lovely here, nice environment, staff are great. Cheap prices, even the food is cheap. I love the warehouse and especially the kaikohe warehouse.
