Convenient, clean isles, friendly staff
Im not sure if it has a different manager but in the past few months I have noticed new staff, it was the go to if you needed something and convenience, now some of the staff have no customer service as I experienced a checkout staff more or less throw my items from one side of counter to the other which dropped on the floor, no smile, even the tone of his voice sounded like he didn't want to be there. Nice tidy store but no customer service as they were all laughing in bunches throughout the store. Totally disgusting security guard stopped me going to my car with trolley and told me I had to carry all my purchases. Since when are we not allowed to take our purchases to our cars. Almost dropped everything. Will be logging complaint with TWH head office.
Customer service- shocking , checkout operating - slower than the sloth from zootopia Stock- Appalling, never have anything in stock like EVER !! . Workers - mid-Average , afew that are real nice like the ones that have been there awhile and just some that don’t care about anything they don’t even say “Hey” or “Hi” as an ice breaker just “NEXT” . I experience all the time and yet I still go there . That’s how lazy I am to drive to other warehouses . Have all of that to complain about and still go there hoping for the best ... read more
