I have been trying call the store but it rings and rings no one answers so disappointed
I went to the store around 8:30 on the Tuesday night, trying to find a kid rod for my son. The only one on displayed was a pink rod… luckily Ben was very helpful and fast. He said he will check the stock, then came back with the ladder. I got a red rod in no time. Thanks Ben!!!
Absolutely amazing service by Yvette and Farah today at the Botany store. I needed to return an item and they assisted me so efficiently and with such a friendly attitude. They were patient, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s always refreshing to experience such great customer service. Thank you to both ladies !
There is no saving a company in trouble when you have employees actively sabotaging the business. The rating should read zero star if Google Map provides that option..
