Anna has a very bad attitude. I bought a xbox series x controller from the entertainment centre. Anna had a very bad attitude on her. If you don't wanna be at work just stay home. It doesn't give you the right to give your negative to a paying customer. You need to learn better customer skills. FYI Anna i also work in retail. Fix your attitude.
I used to love shopping for celebrity perfumes in this store before covid happened but now they got rid of them and started selling dupe perfumes. What happened to the variety?? Not cool
Have shopped here few times. Great location right by the Botany Downs. Good pricing but not as big as their other stores. Staff members are helpful and friendly.
NEVER BUY A TV FROM THE WAREHOUSE! It's been 3 weeks since taking my faulty tv back and haven't had a single update despite sending 3 emails. I would never buy a TV from The Warehouse again and would strongly recommend never buying anything from here that you expect to be protected by the warranty. I emailed the store to let them know I am dissatisfied that I was without a TV for two weeks and they replied that they don't have and update from the repair technicians, they haven't made any effort to contact them either.
