Items were showing as available online. So drove 30 min to go to the store, for staff to say it's out back and we can't be bothered looking for it and to come back tomorrow. Terrible Customer service
This Store is even worse than New Plymouth Store , even op shops are set up better
Terrible customer service. Asked a worker for assistance to help find an item and they pretty much told us to go find it ourselves. Wasn't very impressed as there were 5 workings all standing around.
