Atrocious service. The order was delayed and then I was finally given a later delivery date which was not fulfilled. Apparently the item is still in the warehouse. I have requested a refund.
Ordered these beautiful kitchen chairs as wanted to upgrade our old ones. The company was a pleasure to deal with, so quick and efficient. The product is gorgeous and shows real craftsmanship. I highly recommend them!

Really disappointing. I ordered a dining table, bench and chairs which I was assured would be a close match to previously ordered stools (which we loved). When they arrived, it was not anything close to what we had discussed. I wasn’t expecting an exact match as they will most likely comment - it was nothing at all like what had been agreed. The customer service when trying to organise the return was absolutely awful. No help or guidance on how to return it and I tried over both phone and email. I had to hire a van at a cost... read more
