Always amazing response and helpfulness - really stand out . Fortunately I’ve always had great health ; however on the occasion I have had to interact with GP. It’s been very difficult previously. The vineyard are extraordinary. Their staff are so pleasant polite helpful actually offering Solutions how to navigate the app or how to work through obtaining appointment etc; there’s never the no no no negative response that you normally get. 100% positive team . I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this GP practice. My blood test results took 1.5 months to reach me. What is even more concerning is that the report had been available for over two weeks, and despite showing an abnormal finding, no one contacted me. I only received the results because I called and followed up myself. Patients should not have to chase their own medical results — especially when there are flagged abnormalities. I’ve been attending this practice for over 10 years and only have praise for the doctors, nurses and staff who work there. Every doctor who I have seen has been attentive, caring with a great bed side manner. I feel they truly care and thus, would highly recommend the practice.
I'm not sure who are those people that leave a 5 star review. I hardly ever call to see a GP. Whenever I do it's because it's serious. Every time, no matter if I call at 8am or later, I'm told they're no appointments available and I need to sort out my health through 111. This past month has been a very scary example of complete disregard for a patients health. I saw a doctor via 111 on 17th January who diagnosed me with a chest infection and prescribed me 5 days antibiotics. 3 days later I was wheezing, had a permanent head... read more
