Young Ryan fr maintenance is one efficient employee. Twice he answered my requests almost immediately and did a thorough job. Very responsible and pleasant young man. kudos Ryan
We love it here! Great people to do business with. Ann is so friendly and willing to help with any questions you have and the maintenance team always comes out so quickly when they are needed. We also love the location---Marietta is a great town with lots of restaurants close by and the trail and river are so close. I would definitely recommend moving here!
I would highly recommend The Villas of Castleton to anyone looking for a very well maintained, quiet neighborhood. The staff are very kind, professional and always very quick to provide assistance when needed. I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to call "home". Overall rating for me is 5++ Stars!!
Excellent apartment complex!!! My husband was on a temporary work assignment in PA for 1.5 years and i am so happy we chose these apartments in Marietta to live!! The maintenance guys became our friends and the office ladies are as sweet as can be!!! I lived at the pool in the summer and spent several hours a week in the gym. Anytime we had an issue (which wasn't often at all) we had someone at the apartment within hours to fix it. We had the larger 2 bedroom apartment layout and it was so spacious.
