They new maintenance man Art is awesome very nice and it seems like he legit care about the villas and the people who live there...
Great Complex plus Maintenance is awesome!!! In our previous complex you could never reach maintainance after hours. Not only are the apartments nice but today the AC in our place went out at 10pm and Ryan was there within 10 minutes to help solve the issue. Thank you to The Villas of Castleton and more directly to Ryan S. for helping us!

Love this complex! I would highly recommend this complex if you are looking to make a change. Complex is quiet, neighbors are friendly, maintenance is VERY attentive and the team in the leasing office are professional and supportive of their residents. I love the amenities of having restaurants close and having use of the pool and gym!
Just moved into the Villas and everything is working great! Haven't heard neighbors and we're loving it so far!
