The maintenance crew has been fantastic during my time at the Villas. I've had quick and timely service + follow up phone calls to confirm any issue/preventative service has been resolved. Big thanks to Art specifically for coming out to last week to fix a drain.
I was a visitor over the summer and we visited the pool with a friend. It was very well taken care of an very clean. Even the restrooms were always clean no matter what time of day you went to use them while at the pool area. Also every employee I ran into was extremely nice an friendly.

Not enough parking, I have to walk half a mile to get to my apartment because the lot is always full. Castleton also uses tenant parking to park their trailers. When I mentioned the parking situation to the property manager I received attitude and a "why don't you rent one of the garages". An apartment the same size will cost you $400 less right next door at rivermoore. Also when you do decide to end you lease with castleton you are required to the carpets professionally cleaned regardless if you own your own carpet cleaner.
This place is great! Good staff and the maintenance guys fixed anything I asked right away. Pool is great too ha!
Wonderfull community with a staff to match it! Maintenance staff was friendly and experienced and the office staff was as jubilant and helpful as could be
Very nice community with very good people. Rent and what not is high but you get what you pay for. Never had any problems here. I would recommend this to anyone
