Encourage their tenants to actually park around/near the apartments and not in front of homeowners. Stop advertising the use of a gazebo/playground when the apartments do nothing to finance/support these amenities.

If your looking for a place to call home look no further! The Villas has it all... friendly staff, prompt maintenance response, garages, swimming pool and fitness center on site, local restaurant’s and walking trails and so much more!
There is a disturbing smell of sulfur in the apartment. I stepped outside and it was almost suffocating. I suspect it was the surrounding farms spreading animal sewage but it was alarming how difficult it was to breathe.
I have no complaints. If something breaks, they fix it. The paint night was relaxing and fun.

This place and the staff have been phenomenal since we moved in last month. We skipped over this place last year when we were looking for a place to rent, but decided to look into it based off of the reviews after a hellacious year with a criminal property manager and landlord from hell. Wow! What a difference! Maintenance calls have been attended to immediately, the leasing office has been wonderful to work with, and the amenities offered have really simplified our life. We have lived at Castleton for three years now. Consistently, the staff have gone out of their way to ensure that our experience here is a good one. There is always an event to look forward to, and the maintenance staff always resolve requests to our satisfaction. Another quality that I enjoy is having the same people to interact with instead of a staff that has a high rate of turnover. Everyone here is friendly and caring, and they all go out of their way to be helpful. We very much enjoy living here. Thank you all!
