Seriously, this place is great. I lived here a few years ago and when looking for an apartment recently it's the only place I really wanted to consider. Ann (property manager) is awesome! She takes time with people to really get to know them and understand what they're looking for. She even remembered me after 3 years of being somewhere else! I really can't recommend this place enough!
There are many apartment complex choices to pick from in the area but nothing stands close to the Villas of Castleton. They have very knowledgeable and friendly staff all the way around. The grounds are always maintained and look brand. Every property gives you the "NEW" feeling and not the "I'm the 100th tenant" feeling. To me that's a big deal when everything is fresh, clean, maintained and new. The location of the Villas is unbeatable. Nice quiet community. Pool during the summer is relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs! Everyone is super friendly; property is clean and well maintained. The convenience of being near Rte 30 is also a plus!
I moved here in October and everything has been great! Staff is wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained. I enjoy the monthly newsletter, contests and activities that Castleton provides for it's residents. It's very convenient having restaurants that I can walk to also.
As a long time resident of Castleton, I cannot say enough about how great of a place this is to live. The units are clean, the neighbors are courteous, and the staff is always reliable (Ann knows everyone by name and is the absolute sweetest!). Their business office was incredibly helpful when I was in a pinch with printing/scanning issues for my school work, the pool was rarely ever crowded and residents were always respectful.
