As a new patient to this clinic I can't say enough about the wonderful service! Every single employee, doctor, volunteers, staff etc.. has been more than helpful. I feel very fortunate to have this wonderful facility and staff near me. We all hear the horror stories about the VA system, not here! Thank you and keep up the good work! It is very much appreciated from this Veteran.
In general terms, my experiences at these VA facilities have been all excellent w/one exception related to the bridge between the Villages and Gainesville VA Dermatologist. The latter proved to be lazy.

I have had wonderful service at this location, both by staff and doctors. The longest wait I have ever had was about 10 minutes, fast and very complete with service by everyone.
The care and attention to detail at the clinic is simply outstanding. There would be NO controversy about the VA if care throughout the system was equal to what we're fortunate enough to have at the Villages VA outpatient clinic. It's one of the reasons I choose to move here.
