Useless waste of govt money.
I've only been here a couple of years, buy I've always had GREAT service there! I think most of the people who complain or give negative reviews either don't know how the VA system works or they're just one of those few that complain about anything!
VA CLINICS DOES NOT TREAT VETERANS WITH SERVICE CONNECT CONDITIONS ONLYS GET ANSWERING MACHINES WHEN CALL FOR TREATMENT.
audiology clinic is awful. lists hearing aid and they expect you to wait 5 months for a hearing test to replace it. Not acceptable.
Get my husband his meds in a timely manner. I'm tired of seeing him in SEVERE pain due to the Villages VA not sending him his meds when he ordered them. It's been a couple of weeks since his meds should have been here. STILL NOT HERE after sending multiple messages to his primary care physician. I HATE THE VA noHEALTH SYSTEM!!!!
Went there for eyeglasses. Had my exam and was measured for my glasses the same day. Glasses arrived by mail 8 days later. Outstanding service
The service I have received since 1980 has improved tremendously. New hires have much better attitude. Now if they would just figure who is in charge of various sections, would be even better.
