Wonderful facility. Clean and efficient. The staff and volunteers are amazing.
Very dissatisfied with the service I've been going to the West Palm Beach VA for years and never had issues like this triage nurse treated me like she was a superior being to me explain to her one sitting still for 45 minutes my heart rate was over 90 in a condescending way she said that's normal I have the symptoms of strep throat and they tell me they can't see me today then tell me to take a 60 mile trip to Gainesville to be seen I'll be going to Waterman Hospital have them directly Bill the VA
My first visit to the VA medical center ... Met with my new Dr. Ley-Batista , my new nurse Debby L and many of the working staff . Managed to get an X-Ray and pick up my new prescription , all under one roof . Everyone was so nice. Wonderful folks that really care
Went to the Villages VA on 16Nov17 to get a pillow for my neck because I have herniated disc in neck. After seeing the doctor and getting a prescription for the pillow, supervisor in the prosthetic dept said " O NO. you need a consult!" They suck! Still haven't received the pillow and its 13Dec17
My spouse recently became a patient....Everyone so helpful and kind and efficient...could not ask for better services...Thank You so much.....
I come here for eye exams and labs and everyone has been super nice.
My daughter has visited before and and had to return with the same problem. She was told to leave. They could not help her. They helped before. But now you must leave. This is no way to treat veterans.
