This place is an absolute embarrassment to veterans. They have no idea of how to communicate with their patients. My father had an optometry appointment today, November 13, and I have always been allowed to go in with him at other clinics. Today I was denied entry because I wasn't listed on Dad's appointment! We were never told this when making appointment. RecommendedMy husband being a Veteran was sick and we are just living in Florida for the winter, called to see if he could get in and get checked out and they got him in just a few hours after the call. Very nice place, good service and attention. Would totally recommend this place to any Veteran

I love when I spend 45 minutes on the phone trying to get seen and transferred 4 times just to finally get hung up on when they were supposed to transfer you. Thanks Villages VA.
More doctors and specialities are needed especially in the psychiatric areas. Follow-ups from non-VA medical clinics and hospitals seems poor. Lacking in communication with the real world.
Had terrible experience with a new to me provider. Not giving details, but main reason was I’d mention something and she’d lie in her notes that I deny what I’d said or say the opposite. It was a mutual decision for me to quit her.
