The upkeep is very nice is extra Parker parking area for you are numbered they always are doing something here we have a gym and pool the pit bull on nice some of the stay temporary waiting for their new house some of them stay for year two
I went to spend time with a friend and the 3 days I was there, I really enjoyed the peace and quietness. It was very relaxing
My husband and I moved here from NY about 2 1/2 months ago and we are very happy. The units are spacious and get lots of natural light. The dog park is well enclosed allowing my dog to run around at his leisure and there are dog bag stations all around the complex. Every single staff member I have talked to has been incredibly kind and professional. I would recommend this community to anyone considering moving to this area. You won't be disappointed!

The best place hands down! Quiet neighborhood and very well managed, and quick maintenance response makes for great townhome living!
All roads lead to beautiful historic Bartow & The Villages of Laurel Meadows. I've lived in my beautiful townhome for over 3 yrs. & enjoy all the amenities that are provided. I also love the convenience of being close to work, shopping, & all the major cities. The staff here @ VLM are excellent!
