This is the worst place I have ever lived. Worse than slum lord Truman Realty in Columbus, GA. The management are lairs and will not fix anything. Management doesn't even answer the phone after 1 PM. When you do go to the office they lie to your face and say maintenance is coming to fix your house and then don't show up. The current manager Stacy said she is not responsible for her maintenance men and they don't have cellphone so she can call them. My air has not been fix since May of this year. DONT MOVE HERE.
This was by far one of the worst mobile home parks that I have lived in they don't like to fix anything and management changed to offten. I air conditioner went out and they would fix it but it never cooled the home and an a few weeks later I had to call someone and they would not come and fix it. I had to go to the office and show my a** to get something done and when it would rain I had water coming in my home by the light switch.
