RecommendedThis place is very spacious. Enjoy having 2 1/2 bath and a lanai. The larger of the 2 models has a flex room which can be used for so many things and upstairs laundry. The other model offers 2 1/2 baths and the 2 bathrooms upstairs are in each of the bedrooms.
My husband and I have lived here for over 4 years. We love it! The staff is very helpful and professional. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious townhome, quiet community, and friendly staff.

We love living here! The staff is friendly and maintenance comes out right away if you need something. It’s a really nice and peaceful family oriented community. We are also super ready to celebrate Christmas in our new neighborhood 😊

Beautiful tomehomes, wonderful split level living, fantastic kitchen with all the appliances! Huge washer that allows you to wash 2 loads at once! The best thing about these apartments is the manager, the office always has stellar communication, really works on creating community with all the wonderful events, and they stay on top of keeping the community clean, and updated!!!!!
So quiet and peaceful. The homes are are spacious and cozy. I love sitting out back watching the dragonflies. Never have had a parking problem ( park in our numbered spot). Now to find part time work and everything will be great!!
We moved here from Ohio. The Management team of Erica and Vicki did an awesome job of ensuring a smooth transition to Florida affording us the opportunity to concentrate on opening our Marco's Pizza restaurant. We could not have chosen a better to call home!
