This surgery is normally okay, good at getting a same day appointment and normally quick on the phone. Anyways I had an appointment for 4pm it is now 4:37pm and still haven’t even been seen. Don’t make this mistake again please otherwise I will have to change my doctors and I’d hate to do that as I have been with this doctors for quite a while.
A let down, I have asked 3 x for one of my medications to be pur back onto repeats with no success they are just ignoring what I am saying. I went with this practice as it was recommended to me I wished I hadn't bothered.
Disappointing. 14/5 it took me over 27 mins to get through to the nurse reception on the phone to ask about an appointment my mother had.
Always been there when I've needed them. Docs are caring and compassionate, receptionists do a good job of gatekeeping... when they do a little triage on the phone call, I always tell them I have a problem with my penis and they stop prying!
