DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!! They lie to you by showing you the nice,clean demo apartment to make you think that this is an example of how they maintain their facilities. It is NOT!! I am currently a tenant here and can't wait to get out. I've been dealing with multiple mice since July of 2016 and they keep making excuses and doing nothing about the ultimate problem, meanwhile of course demanding that you pay them your fees in full like all greedy huge companies. I moved in June 2016 and so far It's being a great place to live. Very close To the train station, farmacy and grocery shop.
I have only good things to say about the staff, registration, and move in processes. The staff is very helpful and understanding. The online process for applying and paying rent are very convenient. I would recommend Chestnut Hill to my friends.
So far we are liking it here and the front office has been very helpful with making sure that things have gone smoothly to move in from another state. The apartment that we got was the exact one we saw during our tour and is in great condition. Being pet friendly is a HUGE bonus!
We put in a request for an usual maintenance problem in our apartment. The 2 men came and assessed the problem and didn't leave until the problem was resolved. We appreciated their dedication and commend them for a job well done!!
Not only do they charge you for everything, but their response to maintenance issues are horrible. Mice are an issue as well. The cover may be appealing but leafing through a page will leave you disappointed and impatiently waiting for the end of your lease.
The apartment itself is ok but the service, management etc sucks. They treat you like a number on the door and not like a person. They charge for everything and their maintenance personell don't do a good job. They are very quick to increase your rent every time the lease is up..worst experience of my life. I served my country and lived everywhere and never have I been treated like this..
