I moved here in October and haven't had any issues thus far! Great location- grocery store, Rite Aid, and some restaurants right across the street and a lot more that is close by in Chestnut Hill (5 minute drive or 15 minute walk). Train to Center City only takes about 25-30 minutes. You're allowed to have pets, management, maintenance, and everyone in the office has been friendly, and there's some great amenities (gym, pool, community WiFi space). A bit pricey, but compared to other rent in this area, I feel it's worth it!

Nice sized apartments in s great neighborhood. The location is perfect near the Septa Wyndmoor Station which takes you to Center City. Additionally, Rite Aid,Acme,Wells Fargo and Citzens Bank are across the Street.

DON'T RENT HERE- This place is under new unprofessional management - Greystar Property who does not respect lease agreement and will not return your DEPOSIT back. It has been almost 3 months since I vacated my apartment and every time I called, there was a different excuse from the office team. People from the Chestnut Hill Village office including Sara Parkes the manager and Sheresse Lewis the bookkeeper totally ignore my inquiries despite being a very responsible and decent tenant. I am very exhausted of leaving lots of me... read more

We all tell it like it is when we are angry. To busy to be kind when someone makes a mistake that may inconvenience for a moment. But can we say I understand, I forgive you and thank you because you have been a blessing to me although things didn't go exactly the way I planed. Well I can and I would like to say it to a beautiful young woman name Danay who is the Leasing Manager for Chestnut Hill Village. Although things went somewhat unexpected during my initial move in. You acknowledged your mistake and rectified it as soon... read more

Recently, Chestnut Hill Village was bought by Greystar Communities. Ever since this change there has been horrible communication between the community managers and residents. I called the leasing office to try to get my trash picked up (valet trash service is supposedly an amenity), and the person I spoke with (Sheresse Lewis) was extremely unhelpful, bordering on rude. Any problem you bring to them is "not their fault" and you are just left to pound sand. Do not move here unless you enjoy having your time wasted, your apart... read more

I moved in about a month ago and so far everything has been lovely. I'm in the manors and there is plenty of space, I use the porch all the time. I don't have any problems parking. There are a few little issues we have had and we already had to call maintenance but they came and fixed it. The gym space is good enough and I am looking forward to going to the pool. It is also walking distance to Germantown ave so we have been able to explore the town quite a bit.

I just moved to the Chestnut Hill Village apartment homes and I am extremely pleased by the property. Beautiful landscape, great amenities that include fitness room, pool hall, office space, lounge room etc. The property is also extremely pet friendly, considering this fact the property still maintains cleanliness on the inside and outside grounds. The leasing office and management are responsive to your concerns and issues. I love my 1br, 1.5bthr plus den. I have ample amount of space. The noise control is also a plus due t... read more
