Worst maintenance team ever, I suspect bedbugs in the apt and called them immediately, took 2 days to come by, and told me they did not receive a dispatch. When they finally arrived, maintenance refused to help or treat the place, did not say anything or leave a note, just simply left. The next day I received an email saying they will charge me $670 for pest control. Take my advice- do not rent here. Everyday I see at least one mouse in my kitchen. Every morning I have to disinfect my kitchen counters because off all the mouse droppings. Thats not even the worst, a squirrel got into our apartment. We called the emergency support hotline and no one came out to take care of it. We had to make sure the squirrel got out and patch the wall. Terrible place to live.
Chestnut Hill Village Apartments worst place to live ever!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management is terrible. Mice! Cockaroaches! We have submitted over 20 service requests and still have mouse droppings every morning on the kitchen counter. One time they decided to change parking stickers and my car got towed. That was fun on a Monday morning trying to get to work. They make it so difficult to use the pool changing pool passes every year and never having the leasing office open to get them. I've honestly had a really good experience here for the past 2 months. I chose to live on the 3rd floor because of the pest problem other people were reporting. I've only ever seen one bug in my apartment and it was just a beetle. I can't hear my neighbors through the walls, although I can occasionally hear someone cough. Repairs needed have been small/mostly cosmetic and handled quickly. My only complaint is that utilities are ridiculously expensive.
