RecommendedMy son has been there almost 2 years. Very clean, responsive staff, great grounds and location.
customer Service is phenomenal. That alone is reason to rent. Attentiveness is a must have for me! They certainly take care of their community and residents
Great location but break ins are the problem right now so far 3 cars this morning! And for us it’s not the first one almost 9 months ago was very bad almost $3000 in tools from my husband work Van and we still waiting for a light to be place at the parking lot that’s what the manager told me!! and it happen again!! high rents and not even a security on the community very disappointed!😡😡
Amazing staff, beautiful amenities, and REALLY nice updated apartments!! Myran & Tia in the front office are always so helpful! 10/10 recommend this place becoming your new home!
Disgusting, we haven’t had a working dryer since early August! They don’t seem to care. Neighbors above smoke non-stop & no one EVER picks their animals waste up! Our apartment stinks of smoke cause of neighbors! That dumpster has been there months! Management doesn’t care! Ground are filthy.... dirty baby, wipes, condoms, cigarette butts, animal feces & trash!
beautiful property, nice pool, nice apartments, and less expensive than a lot of other nice apartments in raleigh.
